Our crew arrives with the box truck, carries the junk out of the house, garage, basement or office, loads it, sweeps up and hauls it away, and you pay by how much of the truck you fill. Electronics, refrigerators and freezers, batteries and paint are taken by arrangement because New York sends them to specific outlets: TVs and computers cannot go to landfill under the state’s electronics law, appliances with refrigerant must have it recovered before disposal, and household chemicals go to Erie County’s hazardous-waste programme. We will tell you on the phone what we can take and where the rest goes.

Rent a dumpster if you are doing the work over several days, have helpers, or the debris is coming out of a renovation piece by piece. Book junk removal if you want it gone in one visit and would rather pay the crew than do the carrying. For whole-house and estate cleanouts many customers do both: a container for the bulk, and a crew visit at the end for what is left.
